Several communities around Cape Town are holding candlelight vigils against crime at 6:30 pm on Wednesday April 13. If you would like to participate, there are two to choose from:
- Rondebosch Park (corner Camp Ground and Sandown Rds): Bring your own candle, lantern or torch.
- Observatory: War Memorial on the Village Green in Station Rd. Bring your candle and a holder, a lantern or (in case of wind) a torch to show your commitment to a crime-free community. Wear something white, to symbolise light, life and peace.
